Moore Farms Botanical Garden’s May Days Plant Sale is sure to put a spring in your step! For one day in May, the garden is open to everyone for a plant sale and lecture. The plant sale will feature many varieties of choice, hard-to-find and unusual plants. Staff horticulturists will be available to assist you with any questions.

Lecture: “Woodland Wonders from the Wild” by Barry Glick. This talk will be an enlightening, entertaining and educational look at some of the plants that we overlook on our woodland hikes. Some of the most interesting and unusual wildflowers are growing in our own backyards right under our noses. Join native plant expert Barry Glick for a fascinating wild wander into the wonderful world of woodland wildflowers.
Barry is the President of Sunshine Farms & Gardens in West Virginia. He is well-known for his presentations in both the US and abroad receiving excellent reviews and ratings. His breeding work on Helleborus and focus on native plants has excelled him far in his career. Barry will be bringing some plants to sell at the end of his talk so come ready to purchase!
