Our conscience encourages us to live green, but what can we do, and where do we start to apply that commitment to our gardening and to everyday life? If you, like us, like to ‘make something out of nothing’, you will certainly enjoy this class that plays with the 3R concept. We will talk about how current disposal methods affect the environment and our health. Together, we are going to discuss and accumulate techniques that are conducive to more sustainable gardening and, more in general, to a greener living. Lastly, we will put together a nifty planter (plant provided) from everyday items that would otherwise end up in a landfill. This class is lead by MFBG’s own Laura Del Vecchio!
