Parking attendants, outside rental reservations, tables, and chairs are optional inclusions with your booking, upon request.
Please note: We do not currently allow wedding ceremonies on the property. Wedding rehearsals and/or receptions are permitted. We will be happy to work with you to find a suitable wedding ceremony venue in nearby downtown Lake City!

The Event Room is our largest indoor event space offered at Moore Farms. Depending upon the event, this room can hold up to 80 people. An 80” TV (Apple TV compatible on both PCs and Macs) with surround sound is available for presentations, internet, etc. Tables and chairs are also available upon request. We would love to work with you on layout and event design concerns!

This beautiful area is a turfed space surrounded by the Fire Tower Gardens. Conveniently located near our Catering Kitchen and restroom facilities, this is the ideal venue for large outdoor gatherings. The tobacco leaf turf design is also surrounded with ambient lighting, a unique water feature, and garden art.
Rentals, such as tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, stages, etc. are available upon request. Due to underground irrigation lines and other restrictions, all outside rentals must be made through our staff only. We will work with you to coordinate all details including your order, rental(s) placement, tent size, and delivery/pick-up options. Electricity and water hookups are available.
Please note: MFBG does not profit from your rental order, but instead, we simply coordinate your needs with our preferred rental company to ensure no damage is made to our property during your reservation.
The Welcome Room is our second largest indoor event space.This space comes fully furnished; however, you may choose to have the furniture moved for an additional fee. Located right inside the front entrance, the Welcome Room adjoins both the larger Event Room and the Sunroom spaces. This area is generally open to the public, therefore, please inquire about reserving this room with your Event Room/Sunroom booking(s).
The Sunroom is optimal for lunch after touring the garden, business meetings, or overflow for larger events. Comfortably holding 18 people, this area overlooks the Fire Tower Gardens, and features lighting, fans, and a smart TV.
