Join our staff on an enjoyable and information packed stroll through the garden. Guided tours are the perfect option for both groups and individuals if you're looking for a more personalized and thorough interpretation of the garden, as you’ll gain unique insight into design concepts, plant identification, gardening techniques, the history of the site, and more.
Whether you are looking for a solo tour amongst our scenic landscapes or will be visiting with an entourage, we welcome tours of all sizes! Guided tours last a maximum of two hours and are available by appointment only. To provide a more intimate experience, groups of 25 or more will be divided and guided separately. Since many of the garden pathways are turf, please be prepared for easy, but extensive walking.
We ask that you make your inquiry no later than two weeks in advance of the requested tour date. Tours are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel tours for any reason. No weekend tours are offered at this time.
