Jay Keck, SCWF's expert bird guide and passionate birdwatcher, will lead you on an exciting birding adventure at Moore Farms Botanical Garden. During this walk, Jay will guide you in identifying over a dozen species of songbirds by their calls. You’ll learn helpful tips for recognizing and remembering bird songs, understanding where these birds are most likely to be found, and spotting visual cues to help identify them once you see them.
After the walk, bring your lunch (lunch not provided) and enjoy an informative presentation to deepen your birding knowledge and enhance your outdoor experiences this spring.
Although we are not open to the public on a daily basis, you can view our dynamic, breathtaking property through tours, events, or by taking one of our camps or classes.
