Culinary Camp provides young chefs (ages 9-13) with the opportunity to observe a working vegetable garden and learn about eating sustainably. They will be taught knife skills, time management, and how to use fruits and vegetables from the garden in a variety of dishes. This program is for youth that have some experience in cooking or baking at home as we will build upon a foundation. Their skills will be showcased at the end of the week when they create and serve a meal for their families.
Campers are asked to dress in close-toed shoes and come prepared to create and taste all that our garden can provide!
Although we are not open to the public on a daily basis, you can view our dynamic, breathtaking property through tours, events, or by taking one of our camps or classes.
